ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm a licensed clinical social worker and professional career coach with 15+ years of experience working in higher education, non-profits, and volunteer management. My professional journey has allowed me to support many individuals through life transitions including career changes, In my practice, I combine my passion for mental health and career coaching to help individuals explore and create work-life relationships that truly align with their values and aspirations. Whether it’s addressing anxiety, depression, or the uncertainty that often comes with life transitions, I’m here to help clients make sense of where they’ve been, where they are, and where they want to go.
I am currently accepting new private career coaching and therapy clients. I work with individuals who want to explore and dig deeper into their professional identities and experiences. Together, we will seek to understand what motivates you to pursue certain career paths and how your past experiences influence and/or hinder where you want to grow as a professional.
My goal is to provide a supportive and empathetic space for people to explore their feelings and get clear on their next steps—whatever that may look like.
